It is amazing how three little words like [Truth Be Told] can cause major changes within one’s universe. There are people that live each day in fear of the truth, both consciously and self-consciously.  For some, its the simple little white lies that have become their way of existence. We know and interact with these people everyday.  It is so difficult for truth to roll off their tongue, it is almost comical.  They have begun to believe other than what is true.  New lies overlap old, thus, creating false history in their lives and in some cases impacting our own lives.  No matter the instance, it is all deception.

Another dynamic of Truth Be Told, lies behind the veil of those living with pain or abuse.  Truth can be paralyzing to someone hiding behind this veil.  It impacts us because we try so heart to reach them which often leaves us shut out of their life because of the lies they live.  Little excuses become little lies and little lies hide the truth. We try to help them find the strength, courage and wisdom to let Truth Be Told and find value in themselves and life.

Truth being told, starts with the inner soul.  It can be characterized as a wake call, sometimes of drastic proportions.  We must first tell the truth about those constantly lying or devaluing us, whether friend, family or significant other.  Not shuck it off, laugh it off, cry about it, or gossip about it to those that will listen.  Carrying around lies for others only interrupts our universe and throws us off course of what ought to be.  When we accept a lie from a person, we give them an excuse and the way with all to be less of a individual.  Ask yourself why you are willing to accept less of an individual and let the Truth Be Told.

Some of us wake up with the perception that life comes with disappointments, thinking that not every door opens to an opportunity. When we let Truth Be Told, we will begin to see opportunity in life that we may have never seen before. Not every thing, in fact, not many a thing waits for us to muster strength, courage or wisdom to live life to its fullest.  Even when life is gray, the sun still rises, seasons continue to change, trees continue to reach to sunlight, and the universe keeps evolving.  If Truth Be Told, there will be changes, wrongs will be righted. If there is sadness, it will last only a moment.

Truth is not compromising.  The only thing compromising in are panty-hose, unless we buy the brand specifically made for us.  That is, compromising to the point of developing regrets in our lives.  There is no compromise to make that you are to feel good about yourself some of the time or happy part of the time.  Gone are the days of making your own mistakes in life when you have a wealth of sisterhood to learn from.  But, remember life is short, and there is a world out there full of qualities  never seen because life is lived with lies instead of the truths.  If we can go out of our way to find the right panty-hoses, then we can put forth more effort finding the right qualities in people to have in our lives.  Clean house if we must knowing whatever emotions arise last only moments. The best moments of life are lost while sleeping with misery.

Truth needs no explanation and its story never changes.  It is what it is — honesty.  After reading this, I challenge you to wake up with strength, courage and wisdom to recognize and challenge deception in your life.  Pack it up, move it and move it out.  Unhandicap yourself and those you handicap by allowing them to devalue you and themselves even a little bit.  Do not spend your first few moments of a God giving day, discounting your value in the universe.  Wake up excepting the fact that life is beautiful and does not require that you except even a little bit of pain or disappointment.
