G. Garvin Buzz Behind the Buzz

Chef G. Garvin and DryerBuzz had a lot of catching up to do. Where have the years gone. It’s been a couple of years since we turned up the heat with the hottest chef on TV, but we caught up at the National Black Arts Festival.

With the festival in full effect all over Atlanta, the Georgia World Congress center was the place to be over the weekend. It was the base for the artist market and literary events.

Garvin was in town to sign his popular cookbooks. Of course he gave us the buzz behind the buzz. The chef has been busy. He’s working on his fifth book, perhaps a reality show — a true culinary challenge — also a culinary camp.

Sometimes I forget to pass them on (LOL). Did you know Chef Garvin also does radio? Saturdays you can check in with the chef on WVON in Chicago (online) from noon to 3pm. The station has a pretty good line up.
