Quality 1: Support His Dreams/Understand His Vision

A “R.E.A.L.” man worth having has a vision. He has a vision not only for himself, but for his children, his wife and everything pertaining to the overall success of his life. His direction or life path is usually based upon his life experiences, education and his dreams. He is the navigator of his ship and the captain. Please note: There are never 2 captains on a ship. There is however, a co captain.

It is in this role that a woman who wants a “R.E.A.L.” man should learn to embrace. It is a complementary, yet vital role that will be loved, admired and respected by a “R.E.A.L.” man. There are many times in life when a man’s dreams and vision seem impractical, selfish, unrealistic, expensive, and downright foolish to a woman. In many cases, that may be the reality of the situation at certain points in a relationship. Many women reading this book now are probably saying “I’ve supported a man many times and got left holding the bag”. “All those years of letting him “do him” got me nowhere”. The problem was that your assessment of a “R.E.A.L.” man was incorrect. What you did was waste years of valuable and precious time, love, energy, money and commitment on an immature, selfish, irresponsible, hateful, unfocused, ignorant, slacker of a male. The total antithesis of a “R.E.A.L.” man!

Remember, “R.E.A.L.” stands for “Responsible, Educated, Ambitious, & Loving” so those issues and concerns are obsolete.  In order to attract and keep a “R.E.A.L.” man, it is imperative that a woman realizes immediately that she must wholeheartedly support the dreams and embrace the vision of a “R.E.A.L.” man or there is practically no chance of that relationship going the distance. By doing so, you will be greatly rewarded, appreciated and taken care of because that’s what a “R.E.A.L. man will do for his woman! Understand that it is extremely difficult in today’s world of marriages and relationships to sustain long term. I have seen in many instances where 2 people start off on the same page only to find that 5 years or so down the road that someone in the relationship comes to the realization they want change. Most of the time it is the woman who is unsatisfied within the relationship and wants out. Or so she thinks.
