B-AWARE Foundation Presents The 4th Annual“A-Town Day“

www.atownday.com – Beginning Saturday, June 26th at 12pm, the family can enjoy fun-filled activities, food and music while receiving free health screenings and information at the 4th annual “A-Town Day.. With over 7,000 in attendance last year at Turner Field, the goal is to raise funds with the proceeds going towards The Diabetes Association of Atlanta & The B-AWARE Foundation. Children 6 and under are free and general admission is only $5. Organizations taking part include: The Diabetes Association Of Atlanta, Atlanta Fire Department, The Red Cross, Fulton County Environmental Health, Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau, Fulton & DeKalb County Health Departments, Fulton County Human Resources, & Aid Atlanta to name a few. A-TOWN DAY also has additional sponsors like McDonald’s, Wal-Mart, V-103, Creative Loafing, Rolling Out, & Peachtree TV helping to spread the word! Entertainment will include performances from artists from every type of music genre – Hip Hop, R&B, Spoken Word, Rock, & Gospel that will share health care and environmental statistics before each performance. With over 100 artists performing – we will be delivering over 100 statistics through out the event. Spreading AWARENESS!
