Most find it hard to believe Robert Redding Jr. was once 135 pounds heavier than he is today. Redding went from 315 pounds to 180 pounds in just six short months and has kept it off for 12 years.
On the DryerBuzz “Virtual” Salon Social, we’re starting with the woman and man in the mirror. What are we doing differently? Redding says we need to understand the reason why he lost the weight is just as important as how he did it.
“I did not have any motivation other than wanting to control something in my life. Many are overweight because of a lack of discipline,” says Redding. We’ll hear how his weight loss inadvertently corrected his discipline problem and how he now uses his new found discipline in other areas of his life.
Since losing the weight and gaining discipline and control, Rob Redding Jr. started a syndicated radio show and the successful ReddingNewsReview.com; achieved the highest honor in talk radio; received top awards in journalism and advertising; worked as a journalist at a major U.S.newspaper; and is an author and artist.
