WE ARE BETTER THAN THIS! In this day and age our system should not execute if there is an shadow of a doubt. I am a firm believer in the death penalty but even I know this is wrong. Would he still be executed if the victim hadn’t been a cop? To those who say this will bring them closure consider this; there is a cop killer running free and you are murdering an innocent. This is a travesty of justice.
